Real estate services in Dubai

We work with buyers who are in Dubai and with many who are not. Every step below can be handled remotely, from the first shortlist to the title deed, so you only travel when you want to.

Buying property

Shortlist and viewings

Tell us your budget, the communities you like and whether the property is for living, renting out or a Golden Visa. We send units that fit, with the service charge and recent comparable prices for each, then arrange viewings in person or over live video.

Checks before you commit

We confirm the title deed and the seller's identity, that the building is freehold, the annual service charges, and that there are no outstanding fees or mortgage. For off-plan units we check the developer, the escrow account and the payment plan.

Contract and transfer

We prepare the agreement between buyer and seller, obtain the developer's no-objection certificate and complete the transfer at a Dubai Land Department trustee office, where the new title deed is issued.

Mortgages

We work with mortgage brokers who compare offers across UAE banks for residents and non-residents, so you know your budget before you make an offer.

Letting and management

Finding tenants

We market the property, screen tenants, draw up the tenancy contract and register it with Ejari.

Ongoing management

If you live abroad we can collect rent, coordinate maintenance and handle renewals, or connect you with a licensed holiday-home operator for short-term letting.

Selling property

We value the property against recent transactions in the same building, list it on EstatesGate and the major portals, handle viewings and manage the sale through to the transfer.

After you buy

We help connect DEWA and district cooling, set up the service charge account with the building and, if you qualify, prepare the property documents for your Golden Visa application.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy property in Dubai without travelling?
Yes. Viewings can be done by video and the transfer can be completed under a power of attorney, so the whole purchase can be handled remotely.
What commission do you charge?
On resale purchases the buyer's agency commission in Dubai is typically 2% of the price. Off-plan purchases from developers usually carry no commission for the buyer. We confirm the exact terms before any viewing.
